Troubleshooting Survey
Help us pinpoint the problem some users are experiencing when
downloading files from Tealited.com. If you have downloaded Word or
Excel files from Jackie's site, please fill out the following survey.
All information is used ONLY in the troubleshooting process, name &
email is requested so that we may follow up with you if necessary while
we try to solve the problem of some people getting a pop-up password
request box when downloading Word/Excel files from Jackie's site. You
will not be placed on any mailing lists, and the information will not be

Caption Contest Winner!
Wow - so many entries - and so good! That was fun! We'll try to do a
new caption contest at the beginning of every month - so if you have a
