Short sweet and they see how easy it is to reorder candles

Live person:
Hi ______ This is _____ with [company] do you have a sec?
No= I just need a minute so when would be a good time for you?
Yes= Great just updating my clients for the new year and thought of you.  We have some great new scents & a beautiful new line I would love to shower you with gifts for NO COST.   Are weekdays or weekends better for you....Get your calender out and let's pick a date...
Offer them the next date avail. in a 2 week span. and go from there....

No way=  OK You know it would help me out in my business by answering this question.  Do you mean no not now or no not ever.
No Not Now=  Would you like me to call & check back with you in a couple months?
No Not Ever=  OK I'll take you off my list.   If you find you need anything just give me a call. Thanks

If any of the above questions are answered with a yes or no (if you think they won't be offended--you should end the conversation with asking for a referral. 
Referral =  Just real quick I'm looking for someone Part-time.  The schedule is flexible and they can make an average of $25-45 per hour.    If you think of someone please give them my #. Thanks.  If in person ask them if they know of anyone.

Feel free to customize this to people you are more familiar with or some past hostesses you can add the "I saw the ______ piece from the new line and it has your name all over it!"
 
ONE MINUTE 2 + 2 CALL SCRIPT

Do you want to double your current [company]® income?  If yes, then you are ready for Leadership!  You can do it!  So you must really hit the 2 + 2 hard.  You might want to use the following to build your own calendar and the calendars of others on your team:
                                        
Hi, this is ______________, your [company] Consultant - you know, the candle lady/man.   I met you at ______________'s candle party,  (Optional- I'm sitting here with other [company]® consultants and) I only have one minute to talk to you.

We've been challenged to see just how many parties our team can date in one hour!  You'll be excited when you here about all the wonderful specials we're offering now.   But since I only have one minute, all I need from you now is a "Yes."  Then I'll call you tomorrow to set a date.  Can I count on you?"

If the person says:
Yes=  "OK, I'll call you tomorrow to set a date and plan your party."
NO=  "May I send you a new catalog?"
(If yes the consultant will call and follow through after the catalog has been sent.  Send a copy of the Hostess Specials flyer along with the catalog.)

Maybe=
"OK, that's fine.  My time is up, but I'll call you tomorrow to let you know about all the exciting specials I have to offer."

When you call them back they will be expecting your call and anxious to hear about what you have to offer them.  You can share with them the specials that [company]® is offering or you can offer them your own special by using Personal Bonus such as the 3-wick candle for whatever date they book their show on.  Example - Book on the 10th and get the candle for $10.00.  (This helps you get to the bonus level early in the month.)  Remember that you may want to put stipulations on "Your" specials like this because you will have to pay the difference of what the hostess/host pays and what the item cost you at the personal bonus amount.
