Cut the pages apart and insert them into the
sheet protectors. I glued the cover on the front of the folder,
and the contents page on the back of the folder.
2. To make a booklet without page protectors or
folder, print each set of pages front to back.
1-4pdf.zip for example, contains 2 pages. One
has themes 1 & 4 on it, the other has 2 & 3. If you print
it front to back, then fold in half, your pages are in order -
1-2-3-4. Repeat this for each set of four pages, then bind each
folded page on top of each other using tape, staples, whatever.
Fold the cover-contents page in half (I printed
mine on heavier card stock than the paper the themes are printed
on) and put the folded themes pages inside.
If printing the HTML files listed below, they
will print 1 to a page and you can cut them after printing to make
your small booklet. They print 1 to a page, but they are
small (1/2) page size.
