Balloon Game Nancy
I never feel like I am pushing anyone to book a show... my
dates are valuable if I give you one you must be special... that is what is in my head....
Now the balloon game... as guest arrive they get the
balloon... as I hand it to them I say... " this is yours for the evening after all
what's a party with out balloons and presents. Hang on to it and don't trade it away you
may be holding the special balloon.... It's yours" and if she asks any questions re:
what's inside... I just give a very sneaky look and a smile! When I open the show I
casually remind them to hang onto their balloons, that we will get to them later in the
show...
For the entire evening the women "owns" the
balloon and the gift inside. You will see them shaking the balloon and see the curiosity
in her eyes. When doing the door prize slip and I get to #3 I say.... "Ok ladies you
all have your balloons, and by now you have figured out that there is a special gift
inside from me! If you decide to book a show this evening the gift is yours and you may
pop your balloon to discover what you have won, otherwise you must return the balloon to
me. If three of you pop your balloon then the hostess get to pop hers as well"
The wording here is key! There is not a person in that room
who is not dying to know what her prize is... and not a single one who is thrilled to give
you HER balloon back. And your hostess will also want to pop hers to see what HER MYSTERY
prize is, so she will work to get other to pop theirs. They must bring their Balloon to me
with their order and pop the balloon with me.
It works!
Inside the balloons are various things, Votives, Tealights,
jars... you decide how much you are willing to spend to "buy" a show... and then
select items from catalog using that figure as a base... I was willing to invest $10.00 to
save my business, so anything that was 20.00 or less could be in the balloons, although
I do not usually recommend that high a cost.

Barnyard Bingo
Here's how you play Barnyard Bingo: You have everyone pick
their favorite barnyard animal. No cats or dogs. Then you have them pick 10 numbers one
through fifty depending on the size of the group you may want to alternate the number. You
go around the room and ask everyone to make the sound of their animal. Call out numbers
randomly and if they have them written down on their piece of paper they have to make the
sound of their animal. When you start calling out the numbers the one with all the numbers
crossed off yells BINGO and must do a barnyard dance by standing up and twirling around
the room making the sound of her animal. It's a huge hit in Hawaii.

Blind Hawaii Cara
They just use the reverse
of their papers from barnyard bingo. Have everyone close his or her eyes. They picture the
island of Oahu or if your not in Hawaii, you could ask your guests to just picture Hawaii.
Then ask them to draw the island (10 points) yes with their eyes
closed and they must keep their eyes closed the entire time. Then a sun in their sky (15),
fish in their sea(20), a palm tree on their island(25), a boat in their sea (30), birds in
their sky(35), a hula girl next to the palm tree(40), port holes on the ship(45), a drink
(Maitai) in the girls hand(50), and last but not least a sailor on the ship(55). I do
alternate between ships and tanks and airplanes, because I work with Army, Navy,
Air force.
The trick to getting the points is the drawing should look like this:
THE ISLAND MUST BE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PIECE OF PAPER. THE
SUN MUST BE IN THE RIGHT HAND CORNER. THEY MUST HAVE THREE OR MORE FISH AND BIRDS. THE
PALM TREE MUST BE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ISLAND THE HULA GIRL TO THE RIGHT, THE SHIP TO THE
LEFT OF THE ISLAND, THE DRINK HAS TO BE TOUCHING THE GIRL, THE SHIP MUST HAVE THE
PORTHOLES ON THE SHIP AND THE SAILOR MUST BE TOUCHING THE SHIP. EVERYONE GETS A BIG HOOT
OUT OF IT. AND EVERYONE LOVES TO SHOW HIS OR HER DRAWINGS. THE ONE WITH THE MOST POINTS
WINS.

Left and Right Game
I left my house and was on my way to (Hostesses name) house.
But I left the directions at home right by the phone! I knew right away that I needed to
have the right directions to (hostess name) house, so I turned left and I turned right and
made my way back to my house for the right directions. Sure enough, there they were, right
where I had left them, right next to the phone.
Finally, I was on the right track. I arrived right on
time and set up my display right over here. You all arrived and sat right down. I'll get
right to work and tell you all about our wonderful company, hostess program and income
opportunity. I hope nothing will be left out. In a moment I will be showing you our
exquisite candles and products. If you left home with the intention of shopping for gifts
tonight, remember, we have the right gift for everyone. Review
your shopping list, we wouldn't want anyone to be left out. We have just the right gifts
for Birthdays, Anniversaries, and even just those special occasions.

I'm enjoying the being here with all of you tonight and I
hope that you are having fun, too. I know you can't wait to see if we have that special
item you have been looking for and so without further delay I will get right to the point
of this demonstration, which is showing you our fabulous candles and accessories.
Therefore, there is really nothing left for me to do now except to congratulate our
winner! Right?

Mary Mall & Patty PL Game jknoud
First you need 19 one hundred dollar bills. Print out your
own candle money here!
This is what I do at my shows. After I introduce myself, I thank the hostess, go over the
hostess program, and ask for 2 volunteers to come up to stand next to me on either
side. I turn to one and say that she is Mary Mall and she just started working
at the mall p/t for some extra $. The other is Patty P/L and she just started with p/l for
some extra $.
They both work about 10 hrs a week. I base it on a 400 show 3 times a
week. At the end of the first week Mary Mall made $100. She makes $10/ hour (very
generous for the mall), hand her $100. Patty p/l made 300$ her first week, so hand her
$300 and say awesome Mary!!! Do the same each week for 4 weeks, making a big deal over
Patty and not saying too much about Mary.
At the end of 4 weeks, say because you did such a great job Patty and brought in
X amount of sales to the company they are going to give you a 5th paycheck, just for doing
your job. Then hand her another $300. Ask Mary to count her money, and say
nice job, and ask Patty to count her money and she should have $1500. Ask her what she is
going to do with her earnings.
Thank them both and give each of them a t/l or votive wrapped w/a candle care
card and a top ten reasons to become a p/l cons. I also tell the guests that that is
one of the reasons I joined p/l because of the income. I just handed out 2
sponsoring packets, and got them thinking. I also follow right away with the left and
right game. I hope it wasn't to confusing, if you have any questions, e-mail
me. I hope I helped out. I get more bookings and sponsors with this game than
ever before.

PASS THE GIFT
You thought all the gifts were meant for you. But I have other
items too.
So hold up this gift and look around, and give it
to the one with eyes of brown.
You think you are the lucky one, but let us all share in
the fun!
Look around with eyes discreet, and give it to the
one with the smallest feet.
Your feet are tiny and very small. Now hand it to someone
very tall.
Please, take your time and don't be harried. Give
it to the one who is longest married.
You must be proud of your married life, now pass this on to
the newest wife.
Of this parcel you are bereft, give it to the one
on your left.
The largest earring I'm looking for now, if you're wearing
them, step up with a bow.
Now to the person with buttons-- big or small, any
kind, the most you can find gets the gift at this time.
Now don't get cross and please don't fight, but pass it to
the lady third on the right.
We should stop now, don't you agree? The gift is
yours to open and see.

Right & Left Game #2
(Mrs. Rightmyer) Lynn
This is the story about two close friends, Mrs. Rightmyer and
Mrs. Leftmore. On the same day, both ladies received an invitation to a [company]
show.
Right away, they each phoned the hostess to RSVP. The hostess let them know that at the
show they would see great new products and they should be sure to each bring a friend.
Mrs. Rightmyer called Mrs. Leftmore right away to ask if
they could drive together. Mrs. Leftmore thought that would be a great idea, after all,
her home was only two doors left of Mrs. Rightmyer's. Mrs. Rightmyer called the hostess
right back to check the directions. She was sure to write them right down so she and Mrs.
Leftmore would not get lost.
When the night arrived, Mrs. Leftmore met Mrs. Rightmyer
right at 6:45, as they both wanted to be right on time. They left the phone number where
they could be reached and left for the show. Mrs. Leftmore read the directions as Mrs.
Rightmyer drove: they were to go 3 miles and make a right at the light, go over a bridge,
make a second right (where the deli was on the left) and the hostess' home would be the
fifth house on the right. Sure enough, they arrived right at 6:55.
The hostess let them in and told them to make themselves
right at home. They were surprised at how many new items were available for the new year -
there was the right gift at the right price for every occasion. The consultant left
nothing to the imagination as she explained all of the uses of each piece. Mrs. Rightmyer
fell in love with the Clairmont Tealight lamp and she knew that she wanted two - one for
her right nightstand and one for her left.
As Mrs. Rightmyer listened to the hostess program, she
realized that she could get both items for free for hostessing a show, right in her own
home. Both ladies had fun playing the Right and Left Game, but Mrs. Leftmore was impressed
at how much fun the consultant was having! The consultant had shared lots of information
about the income opportunity. Now Mrs. Leftmore was starting to wonder if this could be
right for her...it had been a long time since she and Mr. Leftmore had left for vacation
and here was an opportunity to earn one free! Her hours could be based right around her
family. What harm could it do to ask for information? She was pleased to hear she could
attend an opportunity session right away and was more than welcome to bring Mrs.
Rightmyer.
Well, the party was over and it was time to go home, but
both knew they had made the right decision to attend.

Show Demo Kim
The game that I play is my show demo! After a short
introduction of myself and the company ... including the candles ... I ask my guests to
ask me questions! "This way I don't stand up here boring you with a bunch of stuff
you don't want to hear!"
If you ask me about the candles or anything on my display,
I'll give you one ticket.
If you ask me about the Hostess program, or what
you can get for having a show, I'll give you two tickets.
If you ask me about my job ... how much money do I
make, how much do I work, or how much did it cost me to get started ... I'll give you
three tickets!
Of course, the more tickets you have, the better your
chance for the door prize!
The guests love it! I get lots of sponsoring questions ...
I average 1 sponsor per month!
My show changes every night, depending on who is
at the show, and what questions they are asking!
Keeps my on my toes, and I'm usually able to wrap up my
show demo in about 30 minutes! This has worked very well for me! Try it ... it sure beats
talking for an hour!

TIC-TAC-TOE II From: OKWBABE
The way you play is the hostess and every guest gets a
piece of paper with a blank tic-tac-toe board on it. You tell everyone that as you are
presenting the product, if they like that particular piece then they can write it in one
of the 9 blank spots on the paper. When the demo is done the guests should have their
entire board filled in with their favorite 9 pieces, likewise so should the hostess. Then
you tell the hostess to start calling out her favorite 9 pieces in a random order. If a
guest has the piece she is calling out, they are to put an "X" on that box. The
first person to get a tic-tac-toe (either vertical, horizontal or diagonal) will be the
winner...but the winner must yell, "I LOVE CANDLES!!!!!"

TV Game Nancy
I was THIRTY SOMETHING, living through THE WONDER YEARS with
my FAMILY and my husband taking ONE DAY AT A TIME. We were doing okay, but THE FACTS OF
LIFE were that we were not born with SILVER SPOONS in our mouths. Our savings were in
JEOPARDY and we didn't want to be in debt for the rest of THE DAYS OF OUR LIVES. I finally
told my husband, it's time to get out of THIS OLD HOUSE or at least make some HOME
IMPROVEMENTS. I don't want to start a FAMILY FEUD but I'm YOUNG AND RESTLESS and I want to
contribute to the family finances. It's time for me to GET SMART.
Don't be THE CRITIC, I'm in search of AMERICA'S MOST
WANTED job. FAMILY MATTERS to me and I don't want to miss out on the PRIME TIME with the
kids by hiring THE NANNY. [company] offers a great opportunity. THE PRICE IS RIGHT, no
investment!!! Part-time work with full-time pay! And WHO'S THE BOSS? I am! But could I get
up in front of a FULL HOUSE of PERFECT STRANGERS for 60 MINUTES and tell people how to
take home their BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL with [company] merchandise
and become DESIGNING WOMEN?
Of course, I have experienced some GROWING PAINS, but soon
I was able to spread my WINGS and watch my business BLOSSOM. [company] has made me feel
like I'm part of A-TEAM. I have GOOD TIMES at home with ALL MY CHILDREN. My family CHEERS
when my weekly profit-check arrives!
Soon I'll FLY AWAY TO PARADISE...a dream vacation for which
[company] will pay. My husband and I will be like HONEYMOONERS again, sharing HAPPY DAYS
in ANOTHER WORLD. [company] may not be for everyone, as they say, DIFFERENT STROKES for
different folks. But, if you are MARRIED WITH CHILDREN and have strong FAMILY TIES, I
highly recommend [company] to you.
