Suggestions for a Realtor Letter

Dear

Searching for the right gift to say "Thank You" or "Congratulations," is sometimes a formidable task. The gift must be warm, inviting and must have just the right personal touch. [Company] offers candles and accessories that are classic gifts that the recipient will treasure for years to come.

HOUSEWARMING…
As a Realtor, you know you have succeeded when the family you've been working with has found the house of their dreams and has signed all the necessary papers to realize that dream. What better way to let them know how important they have been to you than to give a gift of your choosing to show your
appreciation for the chance to do business with them?

There are as many different items from which to choose as there are families. You might like to give one of the following (some photos attached):

Stoney Harbor Light House
Tabletop Seville
Garden Lantern
Gemini
Savannah Lamp

The ideas are limited only by your imagination. You can choose one of the smaller items for the family who has purchased a starter home, or you can give a larger gift to that couple that has purchased a home on the golf course or on the lake. I would love to help you pick out a gift for your next family. If you let me know the price range you would like to stay within, there are several items I can recommend. Our prices range from $14.95 to $129.95, so there is an extremely wide variety of items to choose from. Large quantities can be purchased at a discount, too! Please take the time to look at the few items I have attached and if you would like to browse through a catalog, please call me and I can send you one. I am sure whatever you choose will be beautiful!

OPEN HOUSES…
If you would like to add some accents to an Open House, please let me know. With a little notice, I could set up several items to give the house a warm, inviting touch for prospective buyers. Even if the home is vacant, I would suggest you burn one of our jar candles ($12.95) during your Open House. Crème Caramel and Spiced Vanilla are always yummy favorites! You could also give one to each new listing and have the seller burn it during showings. As I'm sure you know, nothing is better than walking
into a home that smells like "visiting Grandma's house for the holidays!"

I would be happy to show you the products personally, so please call me to set up an appointment. Thank you very much for your consideration. I look forward to working with you.
